We are currently a wonderful group of 12 people who live and work between Torremolinos and Calahonda, which is a coastline of about 35 km. It is a sought-after area with high potential, about 7,000 homes are sold here per year.

We work continuously with internal and external training, and often have fun team bonding events.
To be able to exceed customers’ expectations and reach the quality standards we stand for; you will go through the onboarding process provided by the office. During this time, we will go through a comprehensive schooling about sales, laws & processes, company culture, systems, areas, new developments etc. Straight from the first month you will have a coaching lesson with our sales coach John Mortensen. You will continue to develop your sales skills with him on a monthly basis.
What we are looking for
Our main priority is finding a professional who focuses on quality, service, and long-term relationships with customers. We are looking for an independent agent who is determined, self-driven, proactive, results driven, and used to keeping a high pace. Previous experience within sales is a must.
Language skills are a big plus in our international market. For this specific position you should master at least Spanish and English. We have a huge demand from the Spanish buyers and that will be your main focus. If you speak any other languages, it is considered as a plus! As previously mentioned, our area starts at Torremolinos and extends to Mijas. It is not a requirement to know the area in detail, but you should have local knowledge.
We work with several different software’s, therefor it is important that you have good computer skills, general experience working with CRM systems, and decent skills in Microsoft Office.
Driving license and good driving skills are essential.

We try to maximize the active selling by minimizing the administrative work our agents need to do. One of the ways that we are achieving this is by having our own person dedicated to aftersales, freeing more time for you to be able to sell more.
