We are currently a wonderful group of 12 people who live and work between Torremolinos and Calahonda, which is a coastline of about 35 km. It is a sought-after area with high potential, about 7,000 homes are sold here per year.

As a listing agent your primary task is to bring in as many quality properties for sale as possible.
Your daily tasks include but are not excluded to:
Finding new potential quality listings Setting up appointments with vendors Pitching why to choose SkandiaMäklarna Administrative tasks regarding publishing properties Update the vendor on a regular basis how is the sale going Pitching your newly published properties to the rest of the team Searching and publishing new developments
What we are looking for
Our main priority is to find a person with high work discipline that is used to and thrives in a high pace environment. A problem-solving mentality plays a major part in your success. We are looking for a person who is determined, self-driven, proactive, results driven, and is used to go outside their comfort zone.
Language skills are a big plus in our international market. For this specific position you should master at least Spanish and English. If you speak any other languages, it is considered as a plus.
Previous experience within sales or real estate gives you an advantage but is not a must.
Knowledge about our area that is between Torremolinos and Calahonda.
Good computer skills, general experience working with CRM systems, and decent skills in Microsoft Office.
Good driving skills are essential.
To be able to exceed customers’ expectations and reach the quality standards we stand for; you will go through the onboarding process provided by the office. During this time, we will go through a comprehensive schooling about listings, sales, laws & processes, company culture, systems, areas, new developments etc. Straight from the first month you will have a coaching lesson with our sales coach John Mortensen. As a listing agent, you will continue to develop your sales skills with him on a monthly basis.
