Fuengirola – Av. Miramar
A newly reformed open office of 400m2, that acts as our headquarter where most of the back office (Lawyer/aftersales/Listing assistants) and other administrative task are done.
Apart from that our agents that’s handling the areas around Fuengirola (Torremolinos-Calahonda)
To be able to exceed customers’ expectations and reach the quality standards we stand for; you will go through the onboarding process provided by our sales manager. During this time, we will go through a comprehensive schooling about sales, laws & processes, company culture, systems, areas, new developments etc.
What we are looking for
Our main priority is finding professionals who focuses on quality, service, and long-term relationships. We are looking for results driven agents who is energetic, self-driven, wants to be the best, coachable and used to keeping a high pace.
Previous experience and knowledge about the local real estate market is a must.
Language skills are a big plus in our international market. For this position you should master at least Swedish and English. If you speak any other languages, it is considered a huge plus! General knowledge about the area is essential.
We are very digitalized and work with several different software’s, therefor it is important that you have good computer skills, general experience working with CRM systems, and decent skills in Microsoft Office.
Driving license and good driving skills are essential.

Apart from that it allows you to work more with full commission listings with better quality instead of splitting commission with other agencies.
Our agents work with a commission-based salary.

We try to maximize the active selling by minimizing the administrative work our agents need to do. One of the ways that we are achieving this is by having our own team dedicated to Aftersales & Lawyer related questions, freeing more time for you to be able to close more deals.
